NW-22 casing spools have a straight bore bowl design. NW-21 and NW-22 casing hanger can both be used for NW-22 casing spools. It can be with or without lockdown screw design, if you need to protect the seal area during drilling process, then we propose NW-22-BP casing spool which is a lockdown screw design, and it can work together with wear bushing, test plug and some other tools to protect the sealing area. The bottom secondary seal can be “P” seal, “BG” seal (See Picture), etc. The “BG” secondary seal can install with “4-O” and “PE” seals. NW-29 casing spool’s structure is similar with NW-22, the only difference is bore for hanger is longer, which permits the acceptance of the minimum deflection NW-29 casing hanger with larger load capacity for deeper drilling.
