NW-21 is a slip type, wrap-around hanger for shallow wells with light casing loads (Maximum working pressure is 5000psi). The NH pack-off is designed to be installed after slips are landed and casing has been suspended and cut off. The NW pack-off serves as the primary seal and protects the slips from test pressure. The NH pack-off can’t be used in a casing head or casing spool with lockdown screws, the lockdown screws intersect OD seal of the pack-off. The hanger is capable of supporting up to 50% of the pipe body yield at rating temperatures.
